Microsoft Power Apps is a low-code platform enabling business app creation without deep programming knowledge. Part of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

Power Apps offers two main app types: Canvas Apps (full design control, ideal for task-oriented scenarios) and Model-driven Apps (built on Dataverse data model, suited for complex business processes like CRM, service management or case tracking). A third type, Portal Apps, enables external customer-facing portals.
